Please note that although we cannot guarantee to hold provisional places without confirmation, if we needed to release them we would always try to contact you first.

Guarantee of satisfaction

We want you to have an excellent experience on any Training Circle course that you attend.

We are confident that you will be delighted with our services but if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your training course, simply contact our Course Director for a full refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us immediately by phone and confirm in writing as soon as possible.  If we receive notification at least 15 working days before the start of the course, no fee will be due and we will refund any payment you have already made.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellation requests received less than 15 working days before the course start date and the full course fee will remain payable.  Substitutions may be made provided the participants meet the pre-requisite conditions for the course concerned.

Transferring Courses

If you need to transfer a booking to a different date, please notify us immediately by phone and confirm in writing as soon as possible.  If we receive notification at least 15 working days before the start of the course, we will transfer the booking to another date, subject to availability.  There is no charge for this.

Changes to Courses

Training Circle reserves the right to improve the specification and format of its courses for the benefit of its customers without prior notice to the customer. Training Circle reserves the right to change the location of the course in exceptional circumstances and will advise the customer immediately should this change be necessary.

Training Circle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course in exceptional circumstances and will advise the customer immediately should any such change be necessary. Training Circle will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature

Payment Terms

Payment is due on receipt of invoice. Where payment is not received 15 days before the start of the course, Training Circle reserves the right to cancel the booking without obligation, unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing.
